Finance Manager Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Finance Manager Waller Design LLC Miami Lakes, FL 33016 Analyze all transactions and work unforeseen costs into the company budget. Keep a record of all company finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes. Prepare cost analyses by interpreting projects’ financial data and information. Report any financial risks and budgetary discrepancies to senior management for review. Advise colleagues and senior management on decisions related to the company’s finances. Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts. Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences. Create strategic business models based on analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts. Submit and process all vendor invoices in a timely manner. Maintain records of all reimbursable expenses for projects. Lead and manage financial projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to drive project success. Monitor and analyze project performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify financial risks and opportunities and develop strategies to address them. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Optimize financial processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
