Job Description
•This position is not remote and requires location to Miami, FL. Support in relocation will be provided. Key Responsibilities Lead institutional capital raising efforts, securing funding across various investment vehicles, including private equity funds, co-investments, and direct placements. Establish and maintain relationships with institutional investors, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, RIAs, OCIOs, and wealth management platforms. Develop and execute strategic roadshows, representing the firm at industry events, investor meetings, and conferences. Oversee due diligence processes, ensuring that investor inquiries are addressed and investment proposals align with capital partner objectives. Collaborate with investment, acquisitions, and asset management teams to craft compelling investment narratives and fundraising strategies. Work alongside compliance professionals to ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and investor preferences to refine capital-raising strategies. Manage investor tracking and capital pipelines, ensuring a data-driven approach to institutional fundraising. Develop marketing and investor materials, including pitch decks, fact sheets, and due diligence questionnaires. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in institutional capital raising within private equity, real estate, or hospitality investments. A strong network of institutional investors, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and consultants. Expertise in fund structuring, alternative asset allocation, and institutional investor due diligence. Background in commercial real estate or hospitality investment is highly desirable. Experience raising capital for various investment structures, such as closed-end and open-end funds, separate accounts, and JV partnerships. FINRA Series 7 & 63 required. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced credentials such as an MBA, CFA, or CAIA are a plus.
