Key Responsibilities :

Develop and present short- and long-term cash flow forecasts and budgets to the Treasurer and CFO. Supporting debt refinancing and interest rate / foreign exchange hedging transactions by preparing financial models and materials to present to company leadership Oversee corporate insurance strategy by collecting underwriting data, analyzing historical losses, and assessing risk retention policies. Strategic capital structure analysis, including long term cash flow modeling under different scenarios, to faciliate conversations with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required; CFA designation preferred 3-4 years’ experience in investment banking, FP&A, corporate finance, or another quantitative or strategic role Expert Microsoft Excel skills and experience building financial models Team player with a proven ability to manage tight deadlines on various projects in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to persuade others and clearly articulate complex analyses and transactions Must be flexible, organized and customer-focused to foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners Knowledge of foreign exchange, capital markets and corporate finance RBI Restaurant Brands International and all of its affiliated companies (collectively, RBI) are equal opportunity and affirmative action employers that do not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, provincial or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
