Managing Director – CFPM Rialto Management Group Miami, FL
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with capital raising efforts across Rialto’s strategies targeting institutional investors, including public and corporate pensions, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, insurance companies, consultants, and family offices. Serve as a product expert for Rialto’s investment strategies in investor meetings and due diligence sessions, articulating the investment strategy, portfolio construction, and performance drivers. Develop and maintain strong LP relationships while providing high-touch client service and support through all stages of the fundraising lifecycle. Collaborate closely with internal investment professionals to understand and communicate portfolio activity, market dynamics, and pipeline updates. Create, manage, and refine marketing and investor materials including pitch decks, investor letters, performance reports, RFPs, DDQs and custom analytics. Play a key role in product development initiatives — identifying market trends, white space opportunities, and structuring needs for new investment vehicles and products. Represent the firm at industry conferences, panels, and other investor-facing events to build visibility and reinforce the platform’s reputation.
SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s in related field preferred. 10+ years of experience in institutional fundraising, investor relations, or product strategy within asset management or private markets; direct experience in real estate credit is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success raising capital from institutional LPs and consultants across North America, with established relationships across multiple client types. Deep knowledge of private real estate debt strategies, fund structures, and the credit investment landscape. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills — able to translate technical investment content into compelling narratives for LP audiences. Self-directed, collaborative, and able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across internal and external teams. Highly proficient with performance analysis, investor materials, and tools such as PowerPoint and Excel; working knowledge of CRM and reporting platforms is a plus. Integrity, maturity, and executive presence to represent the firm at the highest levels with clients and industry stakeholders. While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop.
