OPERATIONS MANAGER

within the Healthcare Setting – REVENUE

CYCLE MANAGEMENT

(RCM) ensuring efficient processes and maximizing revenue recovery. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Healthcare Billing Sytems.​

Location:

Doral, FL •Competitive Salary starting at $70,000/year, with potential for Higher Compensation based on Experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within a Healthcare Setting. Proficiency in EPIC and Assure Systems. Strong understanding of Insurance Processes, including Medicare and Medicaid. Experience with Denial Management and Resolution. Knowledge of SQL for Data Analysis and Reporting. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work on-site in Doral, FL.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage a team of over 30 direct reports and approximately 30 indirect reports within the RCM department. Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims and denials. Utilize EPIC, Assure, and other healthcare systems to monitor and improve revenue cycle processes. Analyze denial trends and implement strategies to reduce future occurrences. Collaborate with insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid, to resolve billing issues. Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data for reporting purposes. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements. Provide training and support to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.​
