Job Overview This role manages all initiatives related to revenue management and distribution channels to maximize profitability of our hotels. We strategize our way to acquire business by optimising pricing, availability and forecasting demand patterns. Those who have an analytical mind and an eye for detail will enjoy this role. Key Responsibilities Welcome to the core of what being a Reservations & Revenue Manager is all about! Here’s the quick lowdown on what you’ll do day-to-day: Daily manage inventory and pricing strategy on all distribution channels including Branded Web, 3rd Party Sites (OTAs), Customer Contact Centers (CCC), and Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Build rate plans and creates/loads promotions on brand website and OTA channels Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports or presentations as required. Produce weekly 14-day forecasts. Monitor and communicate fluctuations in occupancy to operational departments so they can effectively manage staffing requirements and increase efficiency. Work closely with third parties (travel agents, OTAs, wholesale partners or partnered agencies) to capitalize on revenue opportunities.
