The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the revenue cycle processes, ensuring accurate billing and collections, and optimizing the financial performance of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare billing practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Oversee the entire revenue cycle process from patient registration to final payment. Ensure accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Review claims for accuracy and completeness before submission to insurance companies. Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve any discrepancies or denials promptly. Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation for billing purposes. Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and payer requirements. Provide training and support to staff regarding billing procedures and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred, Master’s preferred. Previous experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10) and billing regulations.
