Responsibilities Oversee the entire revenue cycle process from patient registration to final payment. Ensure accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Review claims for accuracy and completeness before submission to insurance companies. Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve any discrepancies or denials promptly. Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation for billing purposes. Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and payer requirements. Provide training and support to staff regarding billing procedures and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred, Master’s preferred. Previous experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10) and billing regulations. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and reporting. Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, providers, and insurance representatives.
