Job Description
Established and stable company in Miami, FL (HYBRID) is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their growing team. Amazing opportunity to join an organization with a welcoming company culture and tenured team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, this person will have very broad responsibilities including overseeing the budgeting, forecasting, monthly/quarterly/annual close processes, financial statement preparation, flux analysis, variance analysis, and reporting for senior leadership. The person in this role will lead a team and serve as a mentor as a critical role on the finance leadership team.
Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
REQUIRED
Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 10-15 years of progressive experience Ideally seeking a blend of operations finance and FP&A with prior corporate accounting or audit experience Progressive experience in a company with revenues of $300M+ (preferred, not required) Advanced Excel skills Proven leadership experience Excellent communication skills required
