Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Private Banker with strong client relationships in the Columbia market. The ideal candidate will currently be working with a book of clients and strong relationships in Columbia, and have a deep understanding of credit and lending for high-net-worth individuals, and a strategic approach to relationship growth.
Your role:
Source and develop new client relationships in the high-net-worth space Serve as the primary business development lead for investment solutions Grow and manage the team’s balance sheet and P&L Provide tailored financial advice and investment recommendations Monitor account performance and ensure ongoing alignment with client objectives Stay attuned to market trends to identify new opportunities Partner with internal support staff to ensure exceptional service delivery Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal policy standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline 10 + years of experience in private banking or wealth management Proven track record in generating revenue for HNW individuals Strong knowledge of banking, brokerage, and lending products FINRA Series 7 and 66/63 licenses are a plus but not required Excellent relationship-building, communication, and marketing skills Ability to manage deadlines and client expectations This is an excellent opportunity for a senior banker who values discretion, autonomy, and the chance to drive meaningful impact in an entrepreneurial environment.
