The role The Director of FP&A Business Support, will be a leader on the FP&A Business Support team at Hilton Grand Vacations focusing on Rental and Special Project support. Key Responsibilities Interaction with various business areas to understand business performance, analyze trends and results, develop risks and opportunities and produce analyses and reports to aid senior leadership in decision making. Support Corporate leadership with budgeting, forecasting, analysis and assist in driving efficiencies Evaluate and communicate business risks and opportunities to senior leadership and work with leadership to find solutions to mitigate any risk Preparation of variance forecast and reporting packages including analyses of KPI’s, material variances and other key performance indicators. Support the annual strategic planning and budget process through business unit analytics and preparation of presentation materials for C Suite approval. Preparation of financial models for capital investment Develop team to grow the level of thinking and analysis Partner with accounting to understand treatment and align forecast models Other ad hoc analysis as needed Why do Team Members Like Working for us? Strong oral and written communication skills required for working with all levels of management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required, with expert use of Excel. Ability to adhere to confidentiality requirements for sensitive projects is a must.
