Key responsibilities ofthe Finance Manager include : Lead annual budget preparation,manage cash flow models, and provide strategic financial insights.
Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,including KPI analysis and variance reporting. Monitor projectcosts, ensure accurate cost tracking, and support monthly closingprocesses with proper coding and reconciliations. Build pro formamodels and analyze financial feasibility for new projects. TheFinance Manager coordinates financing documentation, ensurecompliance with loan covenants, and support audits. Enhancefinancial processes, internal controls, and reporting systems,leading software upgrades as needed. Preferred Qualifications forthe
Finance Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, orrelated field; CPA or MBA preferred. 5 years of progressive financeexperience, ideally in project-based or cost-driven industries.
Strong expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and financialmodeling.
Skills:
Advanced financial modeling and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
