Job Description
You will be the Finance Manager, a full-time on-site role, leading a team of financial analysts and providing strategic financial guidance to support business goals. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial expertise and support to drive program success.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of financial analysts and providing financial guidance and support to program management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of financial analysts to achieve their full potential
- Collaborating with analysts and managers to prepare quarterly Contract Status Reviews (CSR) and annual Long Range Plans (LRP) for presentation to senior management
- Supervising the preparation and analysis of quarterly estimates at letion (EACs) and ensuring timely review of financial metrics
- Monitoring and tracking program expenditures, identifying issues and trends, and ensuring program financial itments are met
- Providing financial support to Program Management, Estimating, and Contracts during the proposal process
- Supporting internal and external audits to ensure liance with any and program processes and procedures
- Interacting with program and financial management personnel to drive financial excellence and achieve business goals

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $106,100 – $187,105. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
