Job Description
You will be the Financial Management Staff, serving in a Cost Management role on the Air Dominance Program. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive program success, and this position is highly visible with significant interaction with Program, Finance, and Corporate Leadership, as well as the Customer.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Staff, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring program budgets, tracking and reconciling costs, and conducting cost analysis to support program financial management.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and monitoring program budgets, tracking and reconciling costs, and tracking program funding requirements
  • Conducting cost analysis and developing variance explanations and reendations for corrective actions as required
  • Assisting program and financial management in monitoring and tracking financial itments
  • Maintaining the Earned Value System and associated logs to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Interacting with a variety of program and financial management personnel to ensure conformance with any and program processes and procedures
  • Opening and closing charge numbers, researching and preparing cost transfers as required, and preparing leted contracts for closeout
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including program management, finance, and operations, to drive business outs and achieve program goals

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200

  • $159,045.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
