What you get to do:
Analyzing park pricing initiatives and providing analytical support
Attendance analysis by location and product
Per cap variance review and analysis for admissions and in-park spending across the company
Marketing analytical support on new campaigns and initiatives
Assist in the preparation of the business unit strategy meetings
Financial analysis around macro-economic and industry trends
Assist with the preparation of the annual operating budget and provide expense variance analysis for corporate departments
Special projects and other duties as assigned What it takes to succeed: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
Must possess strong leadership, motivational and organizational skills
Must be able to build relationships and influence leaders
Must have a proactive and service-oriented approach to problem solving
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have experience managing expenses, COGs and revenue
Must have an understanding of revenue management (demand-based pricing) concept
Must have an understanding of admissions pricing, promotions and per caps
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize effectively
Must have strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Must be comfortable working with all levels of leadership
Must have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications What else is important: Previous leadership experience preferred
Experience using SAP Business Objects is preferred
