Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Accounting Manager to lead the daily operations of our clients accounting department. This role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage month-end/year-end close processes Oversee AP/AR, cash receipts, forecasting, and general ledger Conduct variance analysis and prepare financial reports Ensure policy compliance and support audits Identify and implement process improvements Lead and support accounting team workflows
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in accounting or finance CPA preferred 7+ years of accounting experience Advanced Excel skills; Microsoft CRM a plus Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities
