We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager. This is a hybrid position in office 2-3 days a week. Prefers the candidate to be located in Palm Beach, Martin or Broward Counties. The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain sales reporting tools, dashboards, and performance scorecards that drive visibility into KPIs across geographies, segments, and product lines. Support the planning and optimization of sales territories, quotas, and account assignments in alignment with commercial goals. Analyze sales trends and performance against forecasts and targets, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to support commercial decision-making through data-driven Partner with IT to enhance the integration between Salesforce.com and financial reporting systems. Collaborate on the design, implementation, and monitoring of the sales compensation program, ensuring accurate calculation and timely payout. Work with the Commercial Finance Senior Manager on rebate modeling, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure compliance with contractual terms. Assist in cross-functional initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, system upgrades, forecasting improvements) to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of commercial reporting processes. Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles, providing detailed sales assumptions and analytical support. Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Contribute to ad hoc financial and sales analysis projects as required by senior leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 4-6 years of progressive experience in sales finance, FP&A, or commercial analytics roles. Strong proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, and dynamic modeling), along with hands-on experience developing dashboards in Power BI. Experience with Salesforce.com and ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Demonstrated ability to synthesize large datasets into clear and actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred:
Experience working in a healthcare, laboratory, or manufacturing industry. Exposure to sales compensation design and administration. Work Environment:
This role may require occasional travel for cross-functional meetings and team workshops. Primarily office-based with the option for hybrid work arrangements.
