Gelt Financial, LLC, a leading private lender specializing in investment and commercial private lending and mortgage debt, is seeking a Part-Time Investor Relations Associate to join our Boca Raton office. Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
Develop and strengthen connections with potential investors, high-net-worth individuals, funds, and partners interested in private lending and mortgage debt.
Engage and Educate:
Clearly articulate our services and offerings to prospective and existing investors, aligning their investment goals with our opportunities.
Investor Communication:
Provide updates to investors and partners regarding returns, risks, market trends, and the performance of their investments.
Engage Investors:
Communicate effectively with current and prospective investors about our operations, investment products, and how these align with their investment objectives.
Market Insight:
Leverage a deep understanding of debt investments, real estate investing, rates of return, and associated risks to inform and engage stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Financial Expertise:
Strong knowledge of finance, debt investments, and real estate investing.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly and confidently explain complex financial concepts.
Articulate and Personable:
A polished and professional demeanor with the ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals and funds effectively.
Experience:
Prior experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field is a plus.
