Office Manager/Accounting Excelsa Gardens, Inc. 12839 25th Street North, Loxahatchee, FL 33470 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking. Support financial management activities by maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, receivables, and expense tracking. Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining organized filing systems and managing office supplies. Participate in budgeting activities, providing necessary data and insights for budget preparation. Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial statements and reports as needed. Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support daily accounting operations. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain effective phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and messages. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the office. Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support. Proficiency in office management software and tools; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
