West Palm Beach, FL Executive Summary:

We are currently working with a lower middle market private equity firm that is looking to expand its West Palm deal team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Private Equity Associate to join our investment team. The Associate will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, supporting portfolio companies, and contributing to the overall investment strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong financial acumen and a passion for private equity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, comparable companies, precedent transactions) Perform industry and market research to identify investment opportunities Participate in due diligence processes, including reviewing financial statements, legal documents, and operational data Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Support deal execution, including coordinating with legal, accounting, and consulting advisors Monitor and support portfolio companies, including performance tracking and strategic initiatives Assist in fundraising and investor relations activities as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate development Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-starter with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
