Job DetailsResponsibilities:

As a Permanent Property Accounting Manager, youwill be at the forefront of our financial operations, ensuring ourreal estate portfolio is as profitable as it is expansive.

Yourresponsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the preparation ofmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for our propertyportfolio. 2. Ensuring compliance with all relevant financialregulations and standards. 3. Supervising a team of propertyaccountants, fostering an environment of professional growth andcontinuous improvement. 4. Conducting regular audits and analysesto identify financial trends, potential risks, and opportunitiesfor growth. 5. Working closely with property managers and other keystakeholders to develop and implement effective financialstrategies. 6. Managing the budgeting and forecasting processes,providing accurate and timely financial information to seniormanagement. 7. Leveraging your expertise in Yardi software tooptimize our financial operations and reporting.

Qualifications:

Tobe successful in this role, you will need: 1. A bachelor’s degreein Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or CMAdesignation will be considered an asset. 2. A minimum of 5 years ofexperience in property accounting, with a focus on real estate.

Experience in a managerial role is preferred. 3. Proficiency inYardi software is a must. Candidates without this experience willnot be considered. 4. Strong financial acumen, with a provenability to analyze complex financial data and make sound decisions.5. Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of developinghigh-performing teams. 6. Excellent communication skills, with theability to clearly convey financial information to non-financialstakeholders. 7.
