We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Financial FP&A to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing analytical support to drive business performance, assist in budgeting processes, and forecast future financial results. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making processes
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with various departments
Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance
Collaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Identify trends and recommend improvements for financial performance
Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in FP&A
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software
