Full Job Description Summary:

Since 1997, AlphaStaff has delivered HR outsourcing solutions to thousands of small and medium-sized businesses across the country, as well as some large organizations. We are searching for a Treasury Manager for one of our premier clients, a market leader in furniture protection plans serving top-tier retailers nationwide. In this role, you will be a key financial operator, managing treasury functions across domestic and international entities, supporting accounting operations, and driving cash management strategies with precision. You’ll work closely with leadership and contribute to an experienced team in a stable, collaborative environment that values attention to detail and accountability.

About You:

You’re not just analytical, you live and breathe financial precision. You’re the type who notices the one-off discrepancy in a 200-line spreadsheet and doesn’t rest until it’s resolved. You thrive in structured environments and bring sharp decision-making to high-responsibility tasks. Your coworkers count on you not just to do the job, but to catch what others miss. You’ve built your foundation in treasury and accounting over the past decade, and now you’re looking for a role where your expertise is valued, without constant overtime or ambiguity. You want a stable opportunity with clear expectations, smart coworkers, and leadership that gives you space to excel without micromanagement. In this role, you will anchor an experienced finance team and directly impact daily financial operations across multiple entities. You’ll be empowered to own critical functions while enjoying the consistency of a well-run business with long-tenured employees.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily treasury operations across multiple U.S. and international bank accounts. Monitor cash flow, initiate ACH, wire, and internal transfer transactions, and ensure proper approvals. Maintain accurate loan schedules and reconcile all banking transactions with the general ledger. Forecast short- and long-term cash requirements and assist in optimizing liquidity. Support the annual and quarterly tax payment process by coordinating with external accountants. Post treasury transactions in the ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) and support general accounting efforts as needed. Handle company credit card, PayPal, and PEX account activity and funding. Collaborate with the EVP/CFO and broader finance team to enhance financial processes and controls. Provide backup and support in areas outside of treasury (approx. 25% of the role), including general ledger entries and reconciliations.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of relevant treasury experience, preferably with a multinational organization. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable four-year university (CPA a strong plus). High attention to detail and accuracy—errors are caught quickly, and you aim not to make them. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (or similar ERP); QuickBooks experience a plus but not required. Experience with domestic and international financial transactions. Ability to work independently and within a team of experienced accounting professionals. Comfortable commuting regularly to West Palm Beach; relocation is not offered for this role.

Compensation and Perks:

Competitive compensation package of $110,000-$120,000 based on experience and other credentials Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Generous PTO policy with accelerated accruals based on tenure—employees are encouraged to fully unplug 401(k) retirement plan with company match Stable and loyal leadership team—once you’re established, the company is committed to your long-term success Intellectually engaging work—expect meaningful financial responsibilities, not mindless tasks Collaborative, respectful work culture led by a communicative and empowering CFO True 40-hour work week—your personal time is valued

Location:

West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid, 4 days in-office and 1 work-from-home day)
