With over 90 providers in Inpatient, Outpatient, and Long Term Care settings across Pinellas County, we are committed to enhancing the health of our community by providing quality care. Summary We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team at Professional Health Care of Pinellas. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the financial aspects of patient care, ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement processes while supporting our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare. Responsibilities Manage the revenue cycle process to final payment ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations Develop strategies to enhance revenue capture and enhance cash flow/profitability. A strong team leader that can collaborate with clinical staff to gather necessary documentation for billing. Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and denials promptly. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims. Prepare financial reports related to revenue cycle performance. Requirements Proven experience in revenue cycle management or medical billing. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent and analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for collaboration within the organization.
