What You’ll Be Doing:

Take the lead in shaping and managing the financial outlook for a key region, including planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Translate complex financial data into clear, strategic insights for senior decision-makers. Work closely with teams across operations, logistics, and quality to uncover cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency. Keep a close eye on financial trends, flag potential issues early, and suggest practical solutions. Dive into how production resources are used and ensure costs are tracked and allocated correctly. Help reduce inventory-related risks and make sure financial records are accurate and up to date. Build and maintain performance dashboards and key metrics to keep the business on track. Support external audits and assist with year-end financial activities. ????

What You’ll Bring:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field. At least 5 years of experience in a finance or cost-focused role, ideally within a production or manufacturing setting. Solid grasp of budgeting, cost analysis, and working with enterprise financial systems. ????
