Manager of Revenue Integrity Position Available In Sarasota, Florida

Manager of Revenue Integrity Insight Global Sarasota, FL 34236 Insight Global is looking for a leader who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Revenue Integrity Department. They set a positive example and foster a collaborative environment, ensuring that teamwork, projects, and responsibilities are effectively completed to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Additionally, this candidate will be collaborating with members of the Revenue Integrity team as well as other teams in revenue cycle. We are looking for a really strong revenue integrity background that has in depth experience with edits and compliance. This person will manage a team of 6 analysts, report to the director of revenue integrity, and be a part of a team of 50 people in revenue integrity. Requirements Require a bachelor’s degree in related field 3+ years of revenue integrity experience, edits, and compliance Experience/exposure to the following areas: reimbursement, charging, coding, denials management, case management, coverage determinations, auditing, billing, accounts receivable 2+ years in a supervisory role Strong communicator, autonomous, team player, lead from the front

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous exp working with EPIC Analytic skills + exp with excel Any clinical/RN experience
