The Treasury Services & Municipal Banking Manager will lead thesales, implementation, onboarding, and ongoing servicing requestsrelated to the services used by the bank’s business clientsincluding deposit accounts, cash management products and municipalbanking.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Otherduties may be assigned by the supervisor. Build and promote treasury services identity, drive sales andpromote overall ownership and accountability for improving customerservice and department success. Opens and maintains treasury management services accounts forexisting and prospective business clients. Executes operational duties and account maintenance for all cashmanagement products and services. Functions as the primary point of contact for deposit relatedquestions/issues for all commercial businesses that are using thebank’s treasury management services. Manages and communicates system upgrades, enhancements, or changesto all internal and external cash management-related systems. Developing and updating procedures to ensure compliance withgovernment regulations.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

A bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent levelof education and experience. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and workto time sensitive deadlines. Ability to work well independently and in groups. Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs; Excel andWord.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Commercial Banking or CashManagement service/support, with a strong knowledge of commercialdeposit products and services. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Municipal Banking & PublicDeposits service/support, with a strong knowledge of commercialdeposit products and services. Master’s degree in business related field.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS

This is a full-time position. Office hours Monday – Friday 8:30am -5:00pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as job dutiesdemand.

TRAVEL:

Travel using personal vehicle, occasional overnight travel. Validdriver’s license required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primarylanguage(s) used in the workplace; bilingual skills a plus. Abilityto read, analyze, and interpret general business information,including but not limited to company policies and procedures.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questionsfrom groups of managers and customers.
