Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in St. Augustine, Florida. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in overseeing financial operations, conducting market research, and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets.
• Analyze stock valuations and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable operations to optimize cash flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain accounting systems.
• Lead auditing activities to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
• Supervise billing functions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Utilize ERP systems to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
• Ensure the effective use of accounting software systems to support business objectives. Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems such as BlackLine and Concur.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems for financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and auditing processes.
• Expertise in conducting market research and analyzing stock valuations.
• Familiarity with ADP financial services and related tools.
• Proven ability to manage billing functions and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
