Position Overview:
As a Mortgage Loan Officer at Approol Mortgage, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist both existing and new customers. Your primary goal will be to identify customer needs, provide guidance on product solutions, recommend loan options to improve their financial position, and manage the application process from start to finish. Client leads are provided by Approol Mortgage, allowing you to focus on delivering top-notch service and meeting production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Growth Lead, expand, and develop a team of mortgage sales professionals to achieve high performance and strong results. Sales Pipeline & Lead Management Oversee online sales performance and effectively manage the sales pipeline using company-provided leads to maximize conversion rates. CRM Optimization & Process Automation Implement automation within the CRM system and establish streamlined, efficient business processes to support the sales cycle. Performance Monitoring & Quality Control Track team KPIs, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain high-quality standards across all sales operations. Team Motivation & Professional Development Foster a results-driven culture by motivating the team and enhancing their professional skills through regular training and mentorship. Executive Reporting Prepare and deliver performance reports and sales updates to senior leadership, providing insights and strategic recommendations.

Compensation:

We offer different compensation packages suitable for every professional! The compensation packages may include a fixed salary plus commission, or commission only structure for more experienced loan officers. Average earnings for this role are ranging from $100,000 to $288,000 annually.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mortgage loan origination or a related field.
- Team management and supervision experience
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and lending regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
