We are looking for an Finance Manager who is crucial in ensuring the financial health of the company, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and who will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and overseeing financial controls.
Responsibilities:
Manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, Oversee financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and key financial metrics, Lead the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts, Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and international accounting standards, Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; provide actionable insights to senior management, Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, procurement, sales) to support financial goals and business strategies, Supervise the team of accountants and finance staff, providing guidance and development opportunities, Ensure compliance with tax regulations, Support audits and work with external auditors to ensure financial transparency and accountability, Provide financial advice and support for business decisions, including investments and new initiatives, Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
