Must have previous experience in a finance office. Looking for someone with experience in proper paperwork, structuring deals. Submitting and processing new credit applications to banks for best chance of approval after some evaulation of credit report. No shotgunning of potentail customers credit will be tolerated . Also looking for someone with the ability to pitch and sell products to customers

IE:

extended warranties, GAP coverage etc. There will be huge compensations for all and any products sold. Responsibilities Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all sources of finance, credit processing and pulling credit reports via 700 credit software. Submit proper documentation to obtain approval for all possible finance transactions. We use App one currently. Work with sales team to establish and maintain a program that will ensure a 100-percent turnover to the Finance & Insurance department. Ability to sell / pitch extended warranties and other products Run and process , follow up all credit applications in a timely manner. Verify the accuracy of all title lien information, taxes, and other documents on customer paperwork and our bill of sales. Ensure accuracy of customer information in dealership selling software. ( FRAZER) is the software we use for all bill of sales. (including e-mail addresses).

Forward completed deals to banks in a timely manner. Office will then mail deals to banks for funding if required. Most banks are now e-docs. Keep sales team up to date with regard to rates and products. approvals and denials of processed credit applications.
