Prepare financial statements,perform account reconciliations, and ensure GAAP compliance. Manageaccounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and leaseadministration. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting, providingactionable insights to senior management. Maintain the generalledger and implement internal controls to mitigate risk. Streamlineprocesses and manage accounting software for efficiency and dataintegrity. Collaborate with sales, inventory, and operations teamsto support business goals. Communicate complex financial dataclearly to non-financial stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting with 3 years of supervisory experience. Deepknowledge of B2B commercial accounting, GAAP, and financialreporting. Proficient in accounting software (ERP preferred) andintermediate to advanced MS Office skills. Strong leadership,analytical, and communication skills with a track record of processimprovement.
