Finance Supervisor Rivulet Kennesaw, GA Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financials for the US entity. The Finance manager will be responsible for implementing financial practices and processes for the facility. Responsibilities Ensure the integrity and standard of financial reporting. Responsible for accounting compliance for assigned entities including month end close routines, balance sheet reviews and internal and external audit support. Maintain transparent accounting practices and ensure excellent relationships are maintained with internal and external stakeholders. compliant financials. Manage Balance Sheet Account reconciliation processes and activities. Complete the review of the monthly accounts reconciliation by the due date and ensure closure of aged items. Responsible for the completion of quarterly variance analysis of the B/S and P/L for assigned entity Manage the Cash and Balance Sheet forecast process. Identify and propose accounting policy efficiency opportunities. Requirements Proven experience in Accounting or Finance. Strong knowledge of GAAP practices and regulations. Proficiency in Accounting software as well as Microsoft Excel Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong skills with attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across all levels of the organization. Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day Finance operations. Education and Certifications A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
