Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Position Available In Cobb, Georgia

Essential Job Functions:

Develops financial models and analyses to support the most critical strategic initiatives and investments. Provide Executive summaries on key indicators involving Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory, Payroll, and other business functions Analyze complex financial data and summarize results and recommendations to management for decision making purposes Support Senior Management and Departments with in-depth analysis, including financial models, ROI analyses, and proformas Drive standardization and process improvement across all planning aspects including best practices Implement and work with Business Intelligence tools and dashboard reporting Prepare weekly and monthly reports Perform special project ad-hoc reporting Supports annual budget process, incorporating business initiatives, economic trends, and operational effectiveness.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Bachelors required CPA or MBA preferred Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience Specialized technical training or knowledge of retail is a plus Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Must be organized, able to prioritize and operate with a sense of urgency Proven ability to manage positive business partnerships and perform in complex cross-functional environment Establishes and maintains two-way dialog with others on work and results Skilled in financial modeling, creating business cases, and data analysis Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment Innovative, resourceful, and able to work independently Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
