Revenue Cycle Manager Confidential – Healthcare 1100 Johnson Ferry Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30342 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in managing the financial aspects of patient care, ensuring that all billing processes are accurate and efficient. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare billing practices and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. Duties Manage the insurance verification and charge auditing processes – 7 clinics Manage process for entering collection information for front desk teams Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to service. Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies, ensuring compliance with regulations. Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Assist in training new staff on revenue cycle processes and best practices. Experience Five years of previous management experience in healthcare billing, coding, or revenue cycle management is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree required Familiarity with medical terminology, coding systems (CPT, ICD-10), and insurance policies is beneficial. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and reporting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, providers, and payers. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
