Must Haves:
7+ years of treasury and transactional finance experience Background in AP and AR process improvements Experience with treasury automation tools and workflows Demonstrated ability to centralize or transition to shared services model Strong process orientation and attention to detail Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator
Preferred:
Experience in PE-backed companies ERP and treasury management systems experience

Partner with Treasury Lead to assess current-state processes Recommend and implement treasury and AP/AR automation opportunities Lead efforts to consolidate finance functions into a shared services model Serve as liaison across acquired business units for financial operations Improve cash management and visibility tools and reporting Support M&A integration efforts as needed
