Your new role As an Accounting Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial reporting. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, managing reporting through month-end, investigating variances, and maintaining the general ledger. You’ll lead the accounts receivable aging process, supervise a team of accounting professionals, and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. What you’ll need to succeed You’re a seasoned accounting professional with a strong foundation in financial reporting and general ledger management. You bring 7+ years of experience in a related field, ideally with a BS/BA in Accounting or Finance. A CPA or advanced degree is required, and public accounting experience is preferred. You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in your ability to lead a team and drive results. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about developing others and improving processes.
