Position Overview/Responsibilities for the
Accounting Manager:
Oversee and manage the general accountingfunctions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
Ensure compliance with US GAAP in month-end close processes and reconciliations
Utilize advanced Excel functions and SQL for financial data analysis
Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Required Skills for
Accounting Manager:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
CPA designation
4-6 years of related accounting experience
3-5 years of personnel management experience
Proficiency in General Ledger systems (e.g. Great Plains, MS Dynamics 365)
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL
Familiarity with Blackline or other similar close management tools
