This role will report to the Wholesale BusinessManagement Lead and provide dedicated, aligned support to one ofthe Wholesale Banking LOB leaders (e.g., Corporate & InvestmentBanking, Wealth, etc.). The LOB Strategic Execution and BusinessManagement Lead will support the LOB leadership team aroundstrategy, key initiatives, operating routines, and “run thebusiness” activities. This role will partner closely with other LOBStrategic Execution and Business Management Leads as well asfunctional leaders within Wholesale Strategic Execution andBusiness Management. This role may manage a team.

Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities:

Working with the LOB leader to develop business strategy anddrive performance Serving as a trusted advisor and extension of leadership inproviding vision, direction, and expertise to identify, prioritize,and execute initiatives and key deliverables Leading meetings, advisory councils, and steering committees tofacilitate decision-making and support implementation ofrecommendations aligned with LOB objectives Driving the agenda and approach for operating routinesincluding LOB leadership meetings and business reviews Preparing presentations for LOB leader, including regular townhalls, leadership meetings, and leadership offsites Executing on “run the business” activities including meetings,events & client engagement, business overviews, headcount trackingand management, HR initiatives, etc. Partnering with functional partners including finance, HR,credit & risk management, legal & compliance, marketing &communications, events, and technology Partner with leadership, HR, and sales enablement teams toensure compensation & incentive structures are aligned to businessstrategies Creating a culture of collaboration and trust through frequentand transparent communication, professionalism, and respect

RequiredQualifications:

12+ years overall experience and background in strategicplanning, consulting, and investment banking preferred Prior experience and/or understanding of Wholesale Bankingfundamentals, including product and service capabilities,organizational structure and alignment, and internalprocess/systems/data 4+ years of credit, portfolio, and/or relationship managementexperience Strong knowledge and experience in strategic planning andexecution, including creating and executing comprehensive plansassociated with business mergers, conversions, product changes,technology releases, policy changes, and line of business strategicplans Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategicbusiness focus Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and executegrowth initiatives across lines of business including commercialbanking, commercial real estate, corporate & investment banking,and wealth management Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with seniorbusiness leaders to resolve conflicts and gain commitment toaccomplish business goals Demonstrated experience fostering strong partnership, promotingteamwork, and building an inclusive culture Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions tovarious levels of staff and management Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and manage competingprojects in a deadline-driven environment Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communicationskills Passion for results and personal accountability forachievement Ability to translate and present complex data in a manner thateducates, enhances understanding, and influences decisions Advanced skills in data visualization and storytelling Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixedenvironmentGeneral Description of Available Benefits for
