As our Accounting Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our hotel’s financial operations. You’ll lead the way in accounting and personnel-related issues, ensuring smooth and efficient processes at the property level. With us, your leadership skills won’t stay confined to an office – you’ll have the opportunity to impact every corner of our bustling hotel.
Here’s What Your Day Might Look Like
Perhaps you’ll start the day verifying cashier deposits or making a bank run with security, before diving into accounts receivable duties to ensure accuracy and promptness. Maybe you’ll tackle vendor disputes or unpaid invoices in accounts payable, or perhaps you’ll be neck-deep in end-of-month accounting responsibilities.
But it’s not all about the numbers! You’ll also play a crucial role as our Human Resources Generalist, managing and directing functions relating to Employment, Benefits, and Wage Administration. You’ll get to recruit, hire, onboard new hires and process team members to maintain optimal staffing levels. You might find yourself conducting new hire orientation or facilitating staff development programs. Bottom line? In this role, you get to do it all!
Your Path to Success
Are you a high school graduate or equivalent? Can you confidently converse in English with guests, visitors, vendors, and hotel staff? Do you have a knack for mathematical calculations and a solid grasp of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook? If you answered “yes” and have two years of front desk/night audit and one year of hotel accounting experience under your belt, you could be the Accounting Manager we’re looking for!
