$80,000 – $100,000 peryear A bit about us: We are working with a growing restaurantorganization that is growing in Atlanta! They are seeking aAccounting Manager who will be responsible for the entireaccounting process. This is a fully onsite position in Buckhead.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
Oversee and manage the general accountingfunctions, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accountsreceivable, general ledger, and taxes. Coordinate and direct thepreparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and reportvariances. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting. Researchtechnical accounting issues for compliance. Support month-end andyear-end close process. Ensure quality control over financialtransactions and financial reporting. Manage and comply with local,state, and federal government reporting requirements and taxfilings. Develop and document business processes and accountingpolicies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Additionalduties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree or CPAcertification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in asimilar role, preferably in the restaurant industry. Proficiency inaccounting software, Micros, and advanced Excel skills. Experiencewith multi-unit restaurant accounting is a strong plus. In-depthunderstanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Experience with financial statement preparation and review.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achievingresults. Knowledge of employee relationship building and teammanagement. Interested in hearing more?
