The PositionCommercial Financial Manager Job Summary Based at our N America headquarters in Roswell, GA, Imerys is hiring a Commercial Financial Manager. In this role, you will act as a data advocate and business facilitator, leveraging sales, market and customer analytics to accelerate growth.

Roswell, GA Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Segment VP in all commercial reporting, facilitating business reviews, tracking KPI metrics, evaluation/analysis of Commercial incentive program, influencing Leadership Team and ad-hoc requirements to address variances and close any gaps etc. Business partner to VP, Sales Directors, Product Management and S&OP Lead Monthly Sales analysis: volume/price/mix, month outlook, order book, gross margin, Own data integrity at the BOM level Collaborate with a wide audience of varied data skills; adjust information and approach as required Proactively evaluate and offer recommendations regarding financial impact of business changes, projects, and conduct after action reviews for key projects through planning, analysis and budgets Lead predictive analysis and sales forecasting process for segment in cooperation with demand planning and sales team, and provide insights and outlier analysis Building monthly and quarterly reporting for the commercial team and input to finance. Partnering with the segment team to track the results of projects, provide understanding of any variances and resolve gap with management. Lead annual budget process for segment down to the account and product level Support marketing with analysis of competitors, import export stats and market performance Run analysis for sales management (rebate schemes, price negotiations,..) Run analysis for segment marketing (price range, segment strategy, NPD business case) Analyze client / product profitability Interface and collaborate with different BUs to drive process improvement, track projects and key metrics such as contracts, implementation of Capex/ new projects, capacities, etc. Support commercial roadmap (Salesforce, quotations) & Installation Capex

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in Excel, Google sheets preferred Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance-related role Strategy experience is added advantage Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities High level of attention to detail and follow through.
