In this role you’ll steward internal control environments, developing productivity initiatives and reviewing capital projects/strategy, as well as be accountable for the annual business planning and monthly rolling estimate process.

Job Description Summary:

The Director of Finance for Equipment and Service will collaborate with the North America Operating Unit to execute the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities for equipment service, parts, and FOCS/Ops Admin. This role supports finance, sales, and operations to enable decision-making, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to achieving the organization’s financial goals. The position will streamline, standardize, and simplify reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This role will work with Customer Operations Leadership to define key assumptions and inputs to inform the planning and forecasting processes, combined with advanced analytical trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership:

Deliver and execute annual budgets for the E&S, Parts, Ops Admin, and the

FOCS P&L

along with management of dispenser equipment depreciation.

Strategic Projects:

Act as a key contributor and decision-maker on several ongoing transformational projects, including the PLUS-replacement project and optimizing/streamlining BRIM accounting transactions.

Reporting:

Consolidate and present monthly results to leadership audiences as part of ongoing management routines.

Audit:

Lead required support to Internal and External auditors.

Skills:

Strong written and oral communication skills, suitable for both internal and external audiences. Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills. Demonstrated aptitude with information systems and financial software. Proven project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams. Expertise in synthesizing large, complex data sets and building machine learning models and analytics. The ability to apply forecasting techniques and skills to develop and evaluate business goals and strategies and analyze information to derive insights and implications to initiate planning and/or re-planning, and controlling financial results are needed. Must possess ability to motivate and develop the talent and to collaborate with cross-functional peers to define the business plan/rolling estimate deliverables

Specific Qualifications:
Financial Acumen:

Deep understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Leadership:

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Strategic Thinking:

Ability to think strategically and contribute to high-level decision-making.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with data management methods, analytics deployment, and visualization tools.

Change Management:

Strong skills in change management and process improvement.

Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.

Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field; Master’s degree and C.P.A. preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on P&L management and internal controls.

Pay Range:

$148,000 – $169,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
