Finance Manager What We Provide:

What You Receive:

Compensation $90,000 to $120,000 Work hours: In Office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Pay cycle: Every other Friday through direct deposit.

Vacation/PTO:

11 days after 90 calendar days during the first year. 15 days or three weeks after one year.

Holidays:

New Year’s Day, MLK, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.

This position involves the development and implementation of financial plans, as well as the analysis of financial data to inform decision-making processes. The Finance Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate balance sheets and financial reports, providing insights that drive operational efficiency and profitability. Additionally, this role will require collaboration with various departments to optimize financial performance and manage costs effectively. Ultimately, the Finance Manager will contribute to the long-term financial sustainability and growth of the company.

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

These represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities you need to have: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, Master’s degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role Strong knowledge of financial analysis, corporate finance, and cost accounting principles Professional certification such as CPA or CFA a plus Experience with financial software and ERP systems. Primary Responsibilities Develop and manage financial plans and budgets to support organizational objectives. Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives. Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.
