Finance Manager:
Job Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include oversight of all activity within the region including monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. Manage the preparation of actual expenses against prior year & budget, providing analysis and solutions to help mitigate risks. Responsible for monitoring internal controls. Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document highlights that will enable management to determine progress. Oversee client billing and ensure contract compliance. Identify issues with billing, collections and financial processing within the unit and propose mediation. Validate dashboard data and ensure accuracy of data in comparison to general ledger. Support month end closing process and perform variance analysis of key drivers of key metrics. Establish benchmarks for key drivers of existing business. Support budgeting and forecasting processes as needed. Train regional leaders and operations team members.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting MBA or CPA beneficial a plus Strong communication skills a positive work Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables. Experience with ERP software & dashboard creation preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
