Role Overview:
Join our small, dynamic team as Financial Manager. You’ll manage financial operations for our North American headquarters in Atlanta and Los Angeles, plus our subsidiaries in Japan and France. Reporting to the CEO and CFO, you’ll handle a blend of accounting, analysis, and strategic tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly reports vs budget and consolidate global results. Manage North American Cashflow including AR and AP. Coordinate with our CPA firm on tax filings. Work with our offices in France and Japan for system integration and budget alignment in Odoo. Analyze monthly sales and inventory data to plan global production. Manage payroll through an outside PEO for North America.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (International Business a plus) 6-10+ years in financial management, with multicurrency expertise Proficiency in Odoo and ability to quickly learn new systems Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver Experience with cost accounting and international financial transactions; Japanese fluency is a plus
