A hospital system in the Atlanta area is in search of a newFinancial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their corporateoffice, with a Hybrid work Schedule! With a busy andproductive Finance Department, the Financial Planning and AnalysisManager will join an organization with an amazing culture, andreputation in the community. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will report directly tothe Director of Finance. Supported by supervisors as well as a teamof Accountants, Analysts and Patient Account Representatives, thisperson will play a key role in the management of the FinanceDepartment. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will play the crucialrole of leading the internal audit process. They must be able tocollaborate with all levels of the facility to ensure financialgoals are achieved and properly develop budgets and forecasts.

Oversight includes: billing, vendor management, and denialsmanagement for patient revenue along with working with the c-suiteon critical initiatives. The Financial Planning and AnalysisManager will monitor regular billing audits for adjustments,denials, appeals, and customer account reconciliation projects andcommunicate findings to appropriate clinics and departments whileassisting in resolutions. The Financial Planning and AnalysisManager will also work with the management team to establish A/Rand industry performance metrics and monitoring and reporting onperformance against established metrics. The ideal candidate willhave previous leadership experience in financial modeling, analysisand reporting for a health care system.
