About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Head of Federal Housing Administration for Multifamily Capital. In this role, you will: Manage and develop multiple specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors with focus on delivering new loan proposals and advocating initial findings for cross-functional stakeholders and internal partners associated Provide accountability for all Business Pursuit, Screening Managers, Producers, clients and other stakeholders to craft optimum financing executions Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvements and risk control development Host weekly calls with Agencies and staff to coordinate workload and discuss potential opportunities Lead Commercial Mortgage Pursuit team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet high risk deliverables Interpret and develop range of policies and procedures Review and approve loan quotes, applications, and rate lock agreements Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including leadership Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in Commercial Mortgage Pursuit Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of Commercial Mortgage Pursuit experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 4+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

Understands the products from an origination closing and asset management prospective Ability to train salesforce to pitch FHA/HUD product Ability to manage client through HUD product Represent the bank internally and externally as a HUD/FHA expert Significant experience in real estate finance, mortgage insurance, or related fields, with a strong understanding of FHA policies and regulations

Job Expectations:

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents. Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
