Vice President – Investment Banking & Restructuring Join a premier financial advisory firm specializing in investment banking and restructuring as a Vice President to lead high-impact transactions and drive client success. Specializing in investment banking and restructuring, the Vice President will deliver innovative solutions to clients, foster a collaborative culture, and empower the team to excel. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage engagement work plans, timelines, and due diligence processes. Build and oversee financial models and analyses for investment banking and restructuring. Create client presentations, including assessment reports and cash flow forecasts. Support transaction marketing, pitchbook development, and industry research. Supervise Associates and Senior Associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Attend client meetings and begin developing industry or transaction expertise. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 5+ years in consulting, investment banking, or private equity
Preferred:
