Equifax isseeking a Program Manager who is a master at bridging technology,product, analytical and data functions to ensure success on atransformational roadmap. As you are skilled in making the complexmanageable, the broad team will value your support and forwardmomentum. As a champion of the business strategy, you will ensuredecisions align with customer need and transformation goals. Youwill be responsible for the overall program roadmap working withthe cross-functions to align outcomes, eliminate blockers andinform upwards of progress and risks. Reporting to the VP Strategy,Execution & Enablement, Advisory and Specialty Finance, thisposition works from either our office in Alpharetta or Midtown withthe flexibility to work remotely two days per week. (This is NOT afully-remote role.) What you’ll do: Direct resources, stakeholdersand deliverables aligned across multiple interdependent projectswithin the program. Partner with Program and Execution leads intech, data and analytics or other functional areas. Coordinate ondependencies and mitigation for any risks. Champion the businessstrategy and customer benefits to guide cross-functional team indecision making. Monitor and communicate program measures ofsuccess, plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to teammembers, stakeholders and senior level management. Apply programcontrols and governance to manage communication and overallprogram. Recommend improvements based on experience and observationto ensure program success.

What experience you need:

Bachelordegree in a related field strongly preferred 10 years businessexperience, with 5 years first-hand experience managing product ortechnical development projects in a large corporate environment 5years leading and executing key strategic programs, working acrossmultiple stakeholder groups Solid understanding of solution needsand influencing product, sales and other stakeholders Experienceworking with technology stakeholders, developers, and architectsWhat could set you apart: 5 years in a large, matrixed corporateenvironment Program Management involving product is highlypreferred Analytics experience (reporting and analysis) Knowledgeof the Alternative Lending space We offer comprehensivecompensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off,and organizational growth potential through our online learningplatform with guided career tracks.
