Job Description
Accountants One is working on a confidential Accounting Manager role with a growing manufacturing company. This person will work directly with the Corporate Controller and interact with key leadership in the organization. The Accounting Manager will handle the following: Manages the month-end processes, reconciles intercompany accounts, journal entries, etc. Right of Use Asset Amortization and lease liability true-ups Balance sheet and account recon- Prepaid and Accruals A/R Aging reports, A/R, A/P adjustments Bank reconciliations and records direct debit activity Involved in preparing monthly files for inventory reconciliations Maintain fixed assets, calculation of depreciation, and preparation of roll forwards Monthly financial reporting for the subsidiary Year-end Audits and Sales tax payments Will provide support for testing for the new ERP implementation Plus other tasks and projects as needed in the role
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance MBA/CPA + Prefer Manufacturing industry experience Must have foreign Currency experience ERP implementation, highly preferred, will be involved in one with the client Must have revenue rec 5-7 years of experience (prefer global accounting experience) Strong ERP systems skills, would like QuickBooks and NetSuite experience highly preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills 18063
